Thank you very much, my incredible Montreal Clients and Friends, for honouring me with your continued patronage - you've helped my practice grow and thrive for over 10 inspiring years.

As some of you know, I've been between cities for a number of years, slowly reducing my Montreal massage practice until October of 2015 when I relocated to Philadelphia to live with my partner, begin the immigration process, and have our first child.  I miss Montreal and working with you all very much! I plan on returning regularly to Montreal for work and fun, perhaps as early as Autumn 2016. Please keep checking my schedule or email me directly to receive my news - I would love to hear from you.

Hoping to see you soon and wishing you wonderful health and massage treatments in my absence!

Massage is a great thing - it feels amazing and it's good for you!

Therapeutically, massage can be useful in treating aches and pains, reducing your stress, improving your sleep, enhancing physical perfomance in sports, and can help you cultivate a peacefulness which follows you off the massage table into daily life.

To get the best massage, it's important that you and your therapist arrive at an understanding of what you need during the session, and keep in mind that one day can differ a lot from another, therefore each massage can be quite different.

Before your appointment, it's a good idea to reflect on your reasons for getting a massage, and what you hope to get out of it. This clarifying of intentions can deepen your understanding of whats going on inside you, emotionally and physically, so your massage can be tailored to fit. This is your part of the work, and will help your therapist do his/her part better.

That done, the rest is easy - there's nothing left to do. Just breath, relax, and enjoy!
